- Add tomato, wine, paprika, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt and pepper, and continue simmering on a low heat for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in rice, peas and chicken into pot. Pour in chicken broht and stirring periodically, cook for approx 30 to 35 minites, adding broth or water if needed.
- If Simmer is reduced on low heat add shrimp and stir well clsoing with lid, otw raise temperature to render cover after 10 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
